700 watts should be more than enoughso that can't be the problem. That a bios setting is causing this is pretty unlikely. But if everything works again then it might just be a bit of dust between some connectors that was causing this and reseating the components has fixed it.

Try putting the card in another PC and see if it works. You might want to put another card in the slot see to see if that works. You can't just blame the graphics card jet it is possible that the PCI slot is damaged.

Well I was assuming you had read the "Read before posting" And that your BIOS was up to date but I am happy for you that it is working properly now.
