set a static ip on the machine. then put everything else on DHCP

Have you checked your routers configuration and verified that it is working?

Have you checked if you can access it locally?

Is the service running properly on your server?

i can access it local

and the ports are open 

and when i join the server there nothing wrong :)

What happens when you access it from outside your network? 

Does the server give any useful logs or does your router?

have you rebooted your router after changing your port forwards?

Sometimes the NAT is not updated before the port has been unmapped from previous records in the NAT :)

but the worst thing is i dont know if i did the port forward in the router right ? :)

You said in that post, as a reply to my question (Have you checked your routers configuration and verified that it is working?) that the ports are open.

 

So why are now saying that you dont know?

well i didnt change anything in the router to open it i used the program as i said last :)
