Custom Sleeved Cables Question

Hello, I'm planning on making my own custom sleeved extensions for my PSU. Currently, I'm looking at MainFrameCustom's website and they offer three types of wiring, 16, 18 and 22 AWG. My question is whether it makes any difference, or it doesn't really matter?

 

Also, on their website they offer wire up to 25Ft long, which isn't that much to be honest, that's probably enough for 1 24 pin extension, if my conversion from Feet to Inches are correct (I'm Canadian and only know the metric system). I'm planning to do a lot more than just my cables, I'm planning on doing a lot of my friend's cables as well, and I don't really want to buy like 15 rolls of wire, so I was wondering if anyone knew a website to buy more bulk of these wires?

The standard is 18AWG where the 22 AWG stuff is for fans, LED's and etc. you can go for the large diameter stuff but in general it's just for looks in terms of having larger wires.

So 18 AWG for pretty much everything, 24 pin, 8 pin CPU, 6 and 8 pin VGA?

Yes that is the standard for all the wires on the PSU, if your interested I have a guide here that may help for Sleeving as it goes over that, and Pinouts of connectors:

I personally use Icemodz for most of my sleeving stuff as they sell it by the meter.

The wire that Icemodz is using is a german wire, which we also use. Depending on how much you need, I can get you a good price
