Texts not sending.

I just finished cutting out the plastic on my micro sim and converted it to a nano sim. I can call and use LTE but my messages aren't sending. I get an error message saying "Can't send message error 38".My data is 4 out of 5 bars so it shouldn't be reception. My phone is a oneplus 2. Any help appreciated!

shut down my phone, removed the sim card, booted my phone back up, then inserted the sim card when the phone turned back on. After that I could send texts again!
