sorry if its really dumb but is a old toothbrush ,cotton balls with isopropyl alcohol and just some cloth good for cleaning a computer?

don't  rub anything, just use compressed air

you can take out the motherboard and then rub the case, but not the PCBs

it is not recommended

does you vacuum have a reverso mode? if it does then you can use it
