Mouse cursor... Just gone?

Let's see if the ltt community knows this one. Was playing dark souls 3 no problem no worries. Suddenly... Tab out to stop a YouTube video from Playing. Mouse cursor is gone now. Will not scroll anymore in game or otherwise. Tried a full system reboot. Tried unplugging the mouse. It is recognized in Windows. Mouse cursor or scrolling is just gone. Can't navigate besides with tab and arrow key functionality. Any ideas? 

 

Edit: also cursor will not move in the uefi. 

Clicks, but no movement
