24" 4K displays

What's out there these days with 24" (or 25" at the worst) 4K displays? 

 

I understand that Dell discontinued its UP2414Q due to some chronic technical faults, and just has the 27" and 30" models in its catalogue which won't work with my VESA mounts. 

 

Needs to be IPS, and at the same quality level as the Dell Ultrasharp displays, BTW.  With a VESA mount, of course and 60Hz DisplayPort capability.

The Dell P2415Q is a good option.
