Visual Studio 2015 installation error

I need to work with Visual Studio, but I have not been able to install it. Once the installer reaches "Enable Graphics Tools" for the second time, after "Visual Studio Core Features"; it stops and shows:

I would include the log file, however I have no idea where to find it for an upload, and it is far too long to paste anywhere.
