Earbuds for under 100

Hello all!

My friend needs some good sounding earbuds that keep the sound from escaping (he hates when other can hear his music). He doesn't need Bluetooth or "sports" earbuds either. He's located in the USA. I suggested the RE-400i from HiFiMan. Any other suggestions?

Klipsch R6 (I've heard these are good, have never tried em)

HiFiMan RE-400

I've heard the Sennheiser Momentum in-ears are OK

There's more, but none I can remember off the top of my head.
