Should also double check that cooler will fit, should as it's 125mm, but ya, 2011-3 Narrow is a pain to shop for I guess, the part picker probably isn't complete

IMO I think you should ditch the HDD on your ITX rig, just use a 256 ~ 512GB SSD for windows and software, then get a NAS instead for mass storage

 

It will definitely make your rig more quiet
