best ram to pick up

i dunno which ram chose tbh, i had in mind  gskill ripjaw V 8x2 ( 16 gb ) 3000mhz . but please fell free to  give me advice because  t this moment in italy is hard find  this ram with 3k mhz

Ram speeds barely effects (affects?) FPS in games, you would be fine with 1600mhz even.

ddr4 2133, 2400 is fine

so dont matter if u have lower mhz, but just latency? i have always used ram around 3000mhz, thats why im asking
