Yes. the most expensive one has 

Height & Pivot adjustable

10-bit color depth

Adobe RGB 99.5%

Speakers

 

2nd most expensive has 

a certified gold rating

and the least expensive has thunderbolt

I know that one of them has thunderbolt and the others don't, is there any other differences (except for the price...)?
