Constant game crashes

Hey all, 

 

Ive been getting constant game crashes in company of heroes 2 and tom clancy's the division. Along with a few other steam titles. I have tried updating the drivers, Ive tried using display driver uninstaller and going back to 361.75 (the most recommended driver I could find). Ive tried disabling SLI and only using one graphics card, I dont know what else I can try... Some days it seems everything works perfectly, other days like today I crash every time I try to play (seriously though Ive crashed on 6 out of 6 matches today). What do I need to do to make this work? What am I doing wrong?

 

Thanks everyone in advance. Im super frustrated with this because I feel like there is nothing more I can do to try and fix this.
