Game Installation Died?

I got Quantum Break for free (unfortunately, for windows store) and halfway through the download my computer totally froze from something unrelated so when I started it back up I can get the game to "start" downloading but It just sits there and won't do anything. its stuck on 29GB left and the game is about 40GB. 29 is what I had left when the whole thing stopped.

 

what can I do?

have you tried rebooting it then go to control panel and see if Quantam Break is on the list and uninstall if it is there
