Hey guys I made a nice little (or pretty big! lol in a 800d) computer last year.

It has great stuff for the time such as 3770k, gtx 680's, intel 520 ( i think) ssd's 16 gigs of dominator ram with 2 more open card slots along with lots of harddrives spinning at at least 7200 rpm.
I liquid cool'ed the whole sha'bang and did some overclocking but I am debating if I should clean reset it as I have just got a new pc. I am hoping to squeeze every bit of performance out of this beast at all cost and was wondering what numbers I should strive for in term's of overclocks and which programs you suggest for over clocking as i am using asus gpu tweak and intel extreme tuning i think?

I Would love to get as much out of this pc I can and am willing to shell out some more money on it.

Thanks so much guys!

Overclock by BIOS and not by presets

Use MSI Afterburner for GPU Overclocking.

My first question would be, what are the spec.'s of your new system.

3770k with a custom loop.....not sure about your pump, Rad.s, and Fans......

But if all that is up to par.......I would say an easy place to start is 4.8

And yes. You must go through the UEFI to incrementally work your way up

the O.C.ing ladder........4.8 is a safe place to start. Pending on what exactly

your loop is comprised of.

And keep a sharp eye on your voltages. Ivy and now Haswell don't like the Volts.

I have a 3 fan rad for my cpu and 2, 2 fan rads for both of my cards. All having decent pumps and blocks by koolance. I don't remember the specs of those however

I also run in an air conditioned room that has temps that never go above 70 F

Those are fine, your system will last a while

Alright so again clock speeds you might suggest for cpu, gpu or ram?

CPU 4.4 but you'll have to try out yourself. GPU depends. Ram stay the same.

I'd say, go for 4.5-4.7 on the 3770K. 4.5GHz should be easy to reach, 4.7 will be harder but with your cooling you should hit it quite easily :) RAM doesn't need OC. I have no idea about the GPU OC, you should just read a review to see how much it can OC and then try to hit that. Those are usually safe OCs
