Hello! I just finnished building my first PC and I have no idea what drivers I need.  Here's my part list:

5930k, 980ti, Balistix RAM, MSI Krait Edition x99, TP-Link wifi card, 850 EVO samsung SSD, NZXT Fan controler.  I already have the Nvidia Driver, NZXT controler, Intel rapid storage, MSI drivers and an antivirus, anything else?

Generally, if you just let Windows update do it's thing, it will sort everything else for you - it's got pretty good in Windows 10. 

 

 Almost as cool as my temps

Hit up ninite.com for a simple installer that says "no" to all the stuff that you want to say "no" to such as toolbars and other junk ware.

If you're generally safe on the web, you can forget about antivirus. If not, then at most, you can use Windows Defender. If it's really bad (like you're downloading viruses every day), then get a dedicated antivirus suite.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (run this only if you think you have malware on your computer)

Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (keep this running in the background)
