Because it's a shitty software

If you have a Killer NIC then you need to install a different network card or change motherboard

Since the NIC itself is made by killer and requires their software

you could just run the driver on its own and uninstall the management software but you cant uninstall everything or the NIC wont work

Although, ive used killer nics in the past (and currently) what issue are you having?

wow are you descriptive lol. are you wanting to remove the software and keep the drivers so windows can manage the network? just unzip the installer or find the drivers without the software online. and uninstall the software (you should be able to force install the drivers in device manger if needed)

I only use the driver the software might as well be bloatware as it's not necessary nor does it help with anything.
