hmm will have to have a look around for this cant find it on UK sites 

If you cannot find it, the Spectre is actually a good choice. Both are great fans so which ever you can get, is still a good option!

Best 200mm out there would be the Coolermaster Megaflows.

I dont own a 650D, but I heard that Bitfenix Spectre Pro 200mm fans are good.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

yeah not to sure about having a blue LED fan have enough blue lights already xD thanks for the response

Yeah ive just ordered a spectre and an nzxt LED kit, my cheap LED strip broke a while ago, might upload some setup pics when a sort out a new desk. Thank you.

I want to take it back! I realized the spectre wasnt the source of the noise!  :D actually its quite silent
