Wrong version of windows installed. Extreme rage....

So, 

 

I get a new computer, stick in a shiny new corsiar vengence LPX DDR4 RAM 8 GB in there....and the guy installs windows 10 32 bit. :(

 

It remains unnoticed till I get into windows and see....installed memory 8.0 GB Usable 2.1 GB. I even went ahed and installed all the MASSIVE updates. 

 

 My question is, can I convert it into 64 bit without a clean format? I just got done installing the graphics drivers :(:(:(

 

If not, where can I buy a physical copy of windows 10 home the cheapest??

Nop, you can't convert it. 32bit and 64bit Windows are very different.

Where do you live? Then we can look up some stores/sites nearby you.

Hmm....Well shi.... I guess 2 more days of downloading drivers and updates...... The cheapest one I found here is 7300 INR.
