Are you sure about that Toshiba drive? Also, the perforated mesh design of Cooler Master's 'N' series doesn't make for the cleanest interior. I'd know, I have to vacuum my N300 every few weeks.

Toshiba drives are fine.

i already have the raidmax viper ii case, and i want a powersupply that could support sli, or would sli be a waste since my monitor is only 1080p 144hz

SLI/Xfire is still not worth it. And the psu you chose would be a bad choice to use for xfire/sli.

Here- more value for your money. Don't worry about having an H110 motherboard- it supports all of your components, has USB 3.0 headers, and allows for a RAM upgrade to 16GB whenever you may need one.

I dunno why people try straying away from Toshiba drives. Sure, they aren't that quiet, but they're relatively fast and are usually extremely reliable.

Duly noted, although a 2TB WD Black and a 250GB 850 EVO is an improvement.

Aren't all 7200RPM hard drives loud? My WD Caviar Blue 1TB is the loudest component in my case.

Pretty much.

In terms of noise levels, HGST/Hitachi < Seagate < Toshiba < WD most of the time.

Switch the GTX 970 for an R9 390, and you're all set.

A 500GB SSD... :/

I wasn't wrong. It's extremely rare that I am. I provided sources as well. Different devs can disagree. Further, we now have confirmed discrepancy from Twitter about he use of the pre-release 1080 driver in AMD's demo despite the release 1080 driver having been out a week prior.

You apparently haven't seen his responses to questions on YouTube. He is very condescending and aggressive in his comments with which there is little justification. He acts totally different in his videos. I don't necessarily care for this content style and there is nothing really unique about him or his channel. His endless dick jokes and toilet humor are annoying as well.

With a 970? No, going to say no.

On that note, should I swap the 390x with something beefier?
