My start menu isn't working i'm currently running windows 10 and i'm tried the power shell fix is there any way to fix this issue

Clean install the OS.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

This is a bit silly but did you restart? (That's what fixed it for me)

hi,
I have the same issue. I tried a powershell script but that didn't fix it. I did get it to work again by activating the admin account then making a new user account. But one week later the same problem arose. I can't click start, search or any windows app...

help!

when i restart its a bit of luck around 1 in a coupple of hundreds of times i log in the start menu works perfectly fine. and ive had this problem for about a month now :/

In that case it's better if you do a fresh install.

In my case,it was gone after a fresh install

looks like i'm going to have to put up with this then i can't find my product key

There is a app to find your product key and it could* be tied with your email address,I would suggest making a thread on that or ask someone else.

I haven't kept up with the recent changes on windows 10,so don't want to give any wrong information.

In my case all I did was flush my partition during the installation process and install windows, skipping the product key I entered my email initially when they asked for it during the first boot.I was verified after that (I upgraded my key is probably* tied to my email)

I don't think you need a fresh install, just create a new profile.

Even if you did a fresh install, if your current windows 10 is already activated you don't even need to put in your product key as it will activate automatically (unless you change too many hardware components)
