Windows10 high CPU usage and slow boot

Hi guys,

 

Recently i upgraded my pc from 8.1 to 10 but as far as performance goes: not to happy!

 

I can live with the fact that my pc boots up slower (used to be around 15 seconds, now it's heading to the 45 seconds). Any of you had the same problems and know how to fix it (OS is on SSD) or is this just because this is the speed of windows10?

 

The other issue is the high CPU usage. I always play 2 games at a time and before that i had no problems running it. But after the update it's impossible because of the 100% CPU usage i get. (I try to play Runescape and cs:go / gtaV at the same time). Any idea how i can fix this? (Before on W8.1 i had no problems with this so i have no idea how much CPU was used before).

 

Components of my pc: i5-4960, 8gb Ram, GTX760
