Highest System Requirements Ever? (GTX 980ti Recomended??)

I think I have found the game with the highest ever listed system requirements. This game doesn't even have minimum and it recommends a GTX 980ti. 

And yes this is a VR game so I know this adds to it some, but this game "The Divergent Series: Allegiant VR" which apparently lets you live out the movie, has these insane requirements.

Now yes I know we have seen higher CPU and RAM requirements before, but a 980 ti recommended GPU? You are literally saying that I need (arguably) the fastest GPU there is to play this game. WTF? What do you think about this?

That's what I was thinking I was like "Why not just say GTX 980 ti / Titan X?" That's literally what that is saying.

Dont know the Game. But requirements like that are mostly because a shitty optimized Game which runs like ass.
