Ok, I made some progress and can now make a good post. I will also post a chronology of the events.

Windows 10 cannot boot succesfully and drives dissapear (see status).

Status:

Spoiler

Windows 10 cannot load succesfully. It loads into eternity with a little laggy animation. no drive activity on LED after a few instants. afk as fuck.

SSD unnaccessible from windows 7.

Queued Actions:

Spoiler

Self-Initiated:

1. run chdsk bad sectors check from [startup windows 7 boot] on drive G: the SSD

2. Run full integrity check on T: overnight.

Recommended and queued:

Recommended and put on backburner (not used unless others don't work):

Potential explanations:

Spoiler

1. Software

2. Hard drive software cache

3. Hard drive hardware

4. SATA PORT 0  (the sata cable heads seem to push on each other, but its my only 2 6GBs ports)

Both mobo and sata cables are from ASUS

Drives:

Spoiler

  1. 3 TB HDD (T:)
  2. 1TB HDD (E:) on windows 10 and (C:) on windows 7.   Contains Windows 7 installation (very old)
  3. 256GB SSD (C:) on windows 10 and drive is detected but not accessible on windows 7 where it Shows NTFS and (G:) says ''not accessible: access denied''.

Locations and full names

  1. 3 TB is ST3000DM001-1ER166 and SATA port is 1 (was 0)
  2. SSD is ADATA SX900 and port is 0 (was 1)
  3. 1TB is ST31000528AS and SATA port is 3

Also:

DVD reader is- hp DVD A DH16ABLH and sata port is 2

Relevant files:

Spoiler

ChkDsk runs at startup. I found a bootsqm.dat on T drive. Its contents look clearly associated with chkdsk operations.

CHRONOLOGY:

Spoiler

  1. T drive goes offline.
  2. T drive comes back after reconnecting its sata cable into the sata port (while computer is turned off)
  3. T drive goes offline again while computer is open (but not while using it. I just want to save a file on it and find that its gone)
  4. T drive comes back after swapping sata port used with SSD. (to eliminate a variable)
  5. I execute chkdsk and execute seaggate utility software form the manufacturer seggate. I run SMART test and self-test. All drives pass.
  6. Boot from the 1TB into windows 7, chkdsk shows up but shows its work and gives cancel option here. It succesfully runs a full check on T: and finds no issues.
  7. Moved SSD sata cable from port 0 to port 4. Upon startup ''ADATA SX900 pilote installed'' (still same problems). ALSO chkdsk at startup no longer looked for 3TB T:, T: is fine.
  8. Ran disk verification on SSD from windows 7. No problem detected: ''ready to use''.

OPTIONAL FILES:

Spoiler

1.Screen shot of RAM usage and T: drive verification: chromesurrogate.exe reaching over 13GB of RAM usage (disk ram is disabled) while running  T: drive verificaiton from dirve properties. The progress grinds to a halt and stops.

2.Windows 10 startup fix options.
