Services : Windows Update

Hey people,

 

So if I disable Windows Update in services will I still be able to update manualy?

 

And will there be any other issues if i do disable it?

You don't know till you try!

 

My service is not running because I set it to "Never check for updates" 

So I guess you could and then when you actually start the update windows will automatically start the service.

So if you click properties on windows updater in services, does yours say manual or disabled?

Thank you, thats what I will set mine to, have a feeling if I set it as disabled it will cause issues.
