Unfortunately that event doesn't mean anything interesting, it's just letting you know windows lost power.

I'd suspect your PSU, can you get another to test with (at least 550 W for your system)?

Umm... Yeah. Kernel power 41 doesn't say much. Something (you, a crash, bad power, bad hardware...) cut power to the machine during last run, that's it. Zero info on the reason, why. Just that it happened and when it happened. If you got a bluescreen, you might have a MEMORY.DMP file in your C:\ root. Or there could be a number of .DMP files in in C:\Windows\Minidump\ We're going to need those files to further diagnose the program. Package them into a .ZIP and share them to us. Some of the crucial data is contained in the metadata for the .DMP file so add the originals into an archive and share the archive to retain the metadata, not just copy the files.

If you don't have any .DMP files, you're going to have to enable their creation for the future. Here's how

I had the same problem a couple of times now.

Both times it was a problem with my CPU cores and/or bios.

Im my case it was a AMD cpu, but on one computer i solved it by turning of the function in bios where it can automatically activate/deactivate cores based on what the computer needs to run the given tasks. In other words it got solved by having all cores running at all times. If that is a general bios issue or a cpu issue i dont know.

The computer i have now i also had the same issue. I tried the same solution but with no luck. What solved it for me in the end was to turn off the CPU auto boost function in bios.

The error you have is VERY general, but at least you have a few tips to try :)
