Beeping from somewhere..!!

Hi i have run in to something realy annoying beeping and i cant figgure out from where or what it comes from exept that it from the Speakers i have connected to my PC( from the 3.5 mm jack in the back of  my pc)..

my first thught is that its from a web site that the beeping is comgin from but it still beepes when i close the web browser...

have even ruled out VLC, Winamp, TS3...  even steam...  and the  worst part is thats its not constantly  it starts beeping 2 times takes 2-3 sec then beeps 2 times again and goes on like that for 1 min then stays cuiet for 2 min then starts agian..  when i close a program it stops for 30 seconds then starts beeping again..  im starting to go nuts... HELP!!!!!                             

 

 

i have been tryig to record the beeping but it whont beep then but when i turn off the recorder it starts again...   but i managed to recorde it  by placing the phone next to the speaker and use the the pc..

 

it not connected to mouse movment or keyboard useage  since it beeps even when im not using the pc

 

 

not sure what ells i can tell u atm... i do hope someone can have a answer for me..

the beeping gets louder if u incress the volume on my pc speakers... so the darn beeping is somewehre in windows(from some program or windows it self..)

nopp nothing..
