Yeah you're right. Do you know anyone in any country that might sell those refence coolers? It may be easier for someone to buy it and then ship it to you.

Yup. Same with Finland. 

 

You should try asking some (local?) modder shops. The reference cooler needs to be back in place for any warranty claims so if you build mod-computers, you got two options: Ship the original cooler to your customer and beg them to keep it even thou you have no legal claim due to you being "the manufacturer" for the modded computer. Or you can keep the original cooler, ship only the modded one and put the original back on if there is a warranty case. That's how my employer did it and we ended up with tons of reference coolers which we never needed again. Obviously some warranty cases do happen over the years but at least nine out of ten coolers were utterly useless waste of shelf real estate.
