PSU wine after shutdown

ok first of all what's that dink noise before the wine starts?

and secondly why does it wine after shutdown?

 

that first noise could easily be the fan. And as for the whine, every electronic has coil whine, you just might not be able to hear it. Usually its fine as long as its not random.

yeah its not noticable until pc is off...
