Is this a good pc for gaming? If not what should i upgrade

 

CPU: Intel Skylake i5 6500 4-Core 3.2GHz
Motherboard: Intel Z170 Chipset ATX Gaming Edition
RAM: 16GB DDR4 Quad Channel Red Series
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Red Mid Tower
Power Supply: 600w ATX 80 Plus Bronze
Primary Storage Device: 250G SATA3 SSD
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 960 2GB OC Edition
Optical Drive: DVD Internal Writer
Sound: Creative Sound Blaster FX PCI-E Sound Card
Network: WiFi Single Band N USB Adapter
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Additional Fan: [2x] Additional Case Fan Red LED

r9 380 would be a better GPU for similar price

Drop the sound card, the z170 board for a cheaper board, the hyper 212x and 8gb of ram, then get an r9 390 instead since these parts are not necessary.
