New Chair

Hey all!

After a valiant effort of repair on my desk chair, it has broken again. It's time for a new one.

 

There is no named budget yet, but I'm attracted to the Maxnomic and DX Racer chairs, however, their price point is a bit high.

What are your experiences with these chairs? Are they worth the price premium? What's really the difference between the models?

 

Are there any other chairs you like and would strongly recommend?\

Don't get a DX Racer, those things are like gaming headsets, they're retarded and people buy them because they're hot and cool.

 

Just get a comfy black chair that actually has cushioning.

No, I don't really follow chairs haha.

If you live somewhere populated you could find a good one at a store, and get to test it in person.

Well, this topic depends.

In my opinion, the DX Racer chairs and those other "gaming" ones are overpriced and just as good as a normal office chair. So you are essentially paying the premium for aesthetics and branding.

If you like that kind of thing, go for any one of those.

 

But if you aren't huge on aesthetics, a good office chair will do.

 

Lower budget: Any cheap one you can find at Staples, etc thats in your budget
