CPU and GPU Temperature When Gaming

Go to solution Solved by notsupported,

CPU temp is fine, and the GPU temp is normal for Zotac GTX 960. :)

My system consists of a core i5-4690K non overclocked at the moment and a zotac gtx 960. When gaming earlier today i noticed that the max temp on the CPU was 60C according to Hardware Monitor and the GPU was at  max of 74C. Both the CPU nor the GPU are overclocked at this current time however I was curious to know if these temperatures are safe for both components. Also at these temperatures do you think the motherboard temperatures will be affected. Also something worth noting here is that my case has a 200mm fan as the intake and a 120mm fan as exhaust, would that be considered a good enough airflow for this type of system?

Many thanks :D

200mm fan....... Evolve ITX case from Phanteks? If it is, it is a very bad case for air flow. My friend and I did a build in it for his brother and the GPU got upwards of 83 degrees. Switching to a new case (I recommend Fractal's define nano s) or high airflow fans to help your case out.

If it isn't the case (lol puns) I'd try getting a different CPU cooler.

thanks, also out of interest, knowing the temperatures are fine, do you think that my system is being supplied with enough airflow? The case i am using if the Cooler Master CM690III
