Something from Focusrite seems to be popular on this forum.

 

So many available here for various budget ranges, look for ones that provide phantom power:

Just don't ask me for a recommendation of which one you should buy, because:

  • I don't have that much experience with audio interfaces
  • the one I would truly recommend will cost at least $1000.
