Procie cant decide

Good day.. I am building a PC for my mom as a gift.. I am pretty low on the budget so I need to confirm things..

My mom only browses facebook and plays browser games like the games on facebook. I can see how sick she is on her old pentium 4 PC.

 

So now I cant decide whether I should purchase Pentium G3260 or Celeron G1840. Their difference I think is G3260 is 3.3GHz while G1840 is 2.8GHz.

If I purchase the Celeron i'll save $20 which is really a big saving for a small guy like me.

 

Will that 0.5GHz difference affect browsing performance?

 

Btw, I wont be purchasing a Graphics card since it's only for browsing. Thanks for helping me decide.
