Electrical Interference

So....my DAC is gone, rip

and I have to use my mobos sound thingy

and oh dear god

the electrical interference is horrible, all i hear is buzzing and distortion. although the odd thing is, when i move my mouse it worsens ?

i think its my 4440 or sumfin

my headphones are plugged into my front port, while the mouse is plugged into the back.

how can i stop this?

i posted this in mobs and cpus was because it has too do with the cpu and mobo
