Need help identifyin model

So I'm looking at a used alienware aurora r4 he said it's two years old so I'm guessing 2014 model, says it has 4gb if ram, i7 and a 2gb nvidia gpu and he said he payed 3000 for it, he doesn't know any models or anything so I'm wondering if you guys would know what model this is so I can look up the full specs before buying it

That number that he gave you is the service tag and can be used to look up the specs and drivers of the product it belongs to. Just input it on the dell support page.

Edit: I edited out the S/N from my message in case you want to do the same. Some trolls like to report stuff stolen and so on so it's a kind of a bad idea to have the S/N posted online.

Ok thanks I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything, ok so do you think that it would be worth 300$ cad without a hard drive ? (Hdd died, I have a spare I can throw in tho) I might be going to look at it tonight or tomorrow not sure if I should get it or not.. ok so he said the gpu was upgraded on purchase and he opted for 4 gb of ram instead of 8. I can get an 8 gb kit for 30$ anyway

Hell yes that would be worth 300 dollars, if it does indeed have a 3930k and a 560ti.

was supposed to pick it up today but the d**k head who was selling it informed me that he sold it on me.... someone msged him after we agreed that i was to pick it up today then just got a msg and sold it without asking if i could pick it up sooner
