A little something I just learned about the x60 from NZXT....don't use CAM!!! The Kraken X60 will not utilize the CAM software. You need to install the original NZXT Fan Control software (1.6.0) in order to properly use the cooler or else you will burn out your CPU. For some reason it will not allow you to properly change the LED's or control the fans the way the original software allows you to. Just a heads up, something I learned once I started seeing my cpu temps up to 90C!

If you are hitting 90C You are doing something very wrong, with my H110 I ran no fans and was able to stay at around 70C.
