Corsair Vengeance is the German version of the new CXM platform that is DC-DC regulated, 40C rating, all black cable, and a 5 year warranty, except it is a multi-rail unit and guarantee to have full Japanese caps.

Seasonic>CWT

So actually not bad at all, OK!

Hi guys, I want to know your opinions about this psu.

1: http://seasonic.com/product/m12ii-620-evo/

2:http://www.corsair.com/es-es/vengeance-series-650m-650-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu

I am going to use it with a GTX 960 and a i7 6700. Thanks for your time.

Either should be fine with a 970. I'd personally go for something like the Seasonic G-series or EVGA B2/GQ/GS/G2, or Antec HCG if I could find any of those at the same price point you're looking at.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

And Delta Electronics is better than Seasonic. What's your point? Just because you find a company is "better" doesn't mean the entire lineup are made equal, as such you can't expect the lowest end model will be as good as another company high-end model. Just like the group-regulated M12II-B 520 is better than the CWT DSAIII CX500M, I can say the CWT PUQ-B TX550M is better it. But the Seasonic G 550 is better than the TX550M, while the Corsair RM550x is better than that and so on.

Rather than making a generalization of a company, it would be better to make an accurate assessment of the actual platform as that is what will be powering your system - not a company's name.

my point is based more on the OEMs than the companies that put the sticker on the PSU. Its much easier to recommend a seasonic PSU as 99% of the time its usually the best option, CWT make some great units but also some cheaper ones this new PSU to my knowledge hasn't even been reviewed yet.

My point is based on the actual platform of a specific unit than just simply on the OEM. Since we are talking about the M12II-B 620 vs Vengeance 650, making a point that "Seasonic > CWT" is not only inconclusive as it's not talking about the unit itself, it's unfairly dismissing a potentially viable option without giving it a chance to show what the platform can do. Since you have not seen a review, it would have been better to say "since there isn't a review from a known reputable reviewer, I would suggest getting the M12II-B Evo, as it's a known, solid budget unit" rather than making assumptions.

http://www.hardwareluxx.de/index.php/artikel/hardware/netzteile/38397-corsair-vengeance-650w-im-test.html?start=4

Load Regulation | Ripple

3.3V - 0.3% | 21mVpp

5V - 0.4% | 36mVpp

12V - 0.6% | 22mVpp

While efficiency isn't of a big importance, meeting silver efficiency when their are units that didn't or barely meet its rated efficiency is a positive. Since it is DC-DC regulated, it should be better performing in respect to voltage regulation, crossload, and transient loads (would like to see how this unit actually fair in this test though). Not to mentioned that being multi-rail is an added value as it an extra safety feature that the M12II-B doesn't have - assuming that it is properly implemented, of course.

So far it looks to be a decent unit. Of course, it's always good to see more reviews. Since it's a EU (more-so Germany) PSU, chances are you won't see a review from JG, but maybe Aris of TechPowerUp / Tomshardware will.
