Problem with my xonar phoebus

Good day sir/maam

 

Im having this problem with my Asus xonar pheobus.. It all started when i install free windows 8.1 OS.. Usually the light are red and green.. But now it all turns to pinkish red.. And when i try to reinstall the driver it says no audio card detected.. Can you please help me.. Thanks alot..
