What about AMD?

At this price point, NVIDIA offers the better card (GTX 950>R7 370).

The GTX 950 is about 40% more powerful, and uses an updated version of the same architecture. So it has a slightly improved feature set as well.

But what i see is that they both only had 2gddr5 memory and clocked at almost the same speed

The GTX 950 has 20% more shaders and texture units, and twice as many ROPs. It also has improved color compression so memory bandwidth doesn't bottleneck performance as much.

Well I want tge shadowplay technology so Im taking nvidia gpu's

You could just use OBS - it's superior to Shadowplay in every aspect and has a lot more features. It's also available with AMD AND Nvidia. And others are right. You can get MUCH better value with an AMD card - the R9 380 performs 15% better than the 960 and is usually 160-170$
The R9 270X can still be found for 100-120$ and performs the same as a 950 but has better DX12 performance.
A R7 370 is cheap and beats a 750 ti easily.

Alternatively, you can buy a used 770 or R9 280(X) for even better value
