Overclocking CPU XMP problem

So, I'm trying to overclock my i5 6600K. Everything looks fine till I get to the XMP profiles. Theres no Profile 1, nor profile 2. Only Enabled and Disabled.
My ram is G. Skill Trident Z 16 GB
and mobo is MSI Z170A Gaming m5

Check the timings, frequency and voltage of ram when you enable XMP. If they are not the same as ram spec, set them manually.

Is it safe to let the timings be other? The clockrate is 3000 Mhz as listed, but I dont know about the other things. The voltage is 1,35 (I think). RealBench not showing any issues, have tested for about 25 mins now.

Just noticed, the timers and everything looks good
