Graphics Driver Error (HELP!!!)

I am getting an error message that says "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 347.88 stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I have used almost all the manual methods to fix this , but it's not working and yes my memory is compatible with my mobo. Any help will be much appreciated!!!
