Looking for specific "always on top" tool/program for fulscreen

Hi,

 

What I need is small program that will show me real time in fullscreen games (I know I can do this with SweetFX and things like that, but I have need for something a bit different)

 

I want this to be separate overlay that I can place in bottom left corner (only corner where I have a bit of backlight bleed and it sometimes makes me lose focus in games during dark scenes). I also want to be able control its look and color, and better not only "blank" color but some skins so I could adjust to in game UI style, or at least get some universal theme. 

 

Simply overlay clock with adjustable background and size, always on top. Goal is to have real time clock in game and cover backlight bleed with it (I need around 50-60 pixels height and 200-250 width)

 

I think it will distract me much less than blb and also will have some purpose at the same time. 

 

It need to stay on top also in fullscreen.

It can also be simply overlay window with adjustable look, I will place clock and some Afterburner statistics there but myself through RTSS.
