File Explorer Issues in Windows 10

Hello,

I have had many problems with file explorer, and was wondering if other people have had similar problems. For me, it is constantly goes into an unresponsive state whenever I try to move or delete a file and it fails the majority of the time. Other times it lists all the files in the same directory as exactly the same.

I know for a fact that the two files shown should be Internal Storage, and SD card. I'm considering reverting back to Windows 7 because these problems are getting ridiculous. Has anyone here experienced similar problems or have possible solutuions

Did you upgrade or clean install Windows 10?
