I'm not that into Techno myself, but here's my opinion

The beginning is rather punchy with too much base, with little else, which doesn't make it real interesting IMO.

Than at the 1:00 mark it gets a bit crowded too quickly, without a proper maintaining ritm. Than at around 1:40ish you drop it too much, it needs some support there. The rest sounds good mate.
