I originally had this build running fine for a long time good results on a lot of demanding game. I am new to this and so for some reason without really knowing how I overclocked my graphics card, just barely, but I don't believe I did it correctly. Overtime I had problems with games, shockingly low frame rates so I overclock more. This results in some games not working some occasionally going black then returning to the game. I still have the great idea of going further and now it no longer boots to windows with that GPU inserted. The computer runs fine with other graphics cards and the GPU ran 100% in my friend's pc so I am led to believe this from the overclock. For some reason it runs my motherboard's UEFI fine but won't boot to window saying there is an error or crashing after loading. I think I should be able to boot with the onboard graphics with the GPU in and reset the overclock from there. If you know what to do please help, thanks.

what did you overclock with? If its MSI afterburner boot with integrated graphics then uninstall AB, then put your GPU back in and boot with it. What were you changing for the overclock? You weren't cranking up voltages or anything right?

Sometimes seating the graphics card in another PCIe slot makes the PC think it's a new card, I've had to do it a couple of times with a driver crash.

Try to boot with it in a different slot and see if you can progress to desktop.

I used Afterburner and I just kinda moved all of the choices up slowly, I might have gone up with voltages. What do you mean AB.

Thanks for responding

AB is short for afterburner

EDIT: and randomly sliding sliders is a horrible way to go about overclocking and is how you damage stuff...
