Can't run The Culling

When I try to launch the culling I get this error.

what version of windows? Are your graphics drivers updated?

What specs is your system?

XDX HD 7970, downloaded the auto driver detector.

AMD FX 8320

And the newest driver installed through the software? Have you restarted since?

I'm downloading Crimson Edition 16.3.2 manually right now.
