So i have tried everything in my power to figure out what is wrong with my low FPS. I switch from a gtx 660 to a GTX 980 SC, i noticed that it has been using all of my memory and getting low FPS in every game. I have no idea what to do, went into TM and look at background programs, ect. https://gyazo.com/815d93a8b4f54f032f906e41ac7c7deb snap shot of it. Any ideas or solutions to why it is running like this? 3D mark score http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/11421056 I only upgraded the GPU nothing else.

Could you post a screenshot of all the running processes preferably ordered by memory usage, ensure you're viewing task manager as an administrator.

Edit: Just noticed in the screenshot, you have GTA V running, That would be using a decent chunk of your RAM, you're showing 5901mb in use which doesn't look unusual to me.

Edit: Could you take a screenshot of what the gpu clock speeds are doing while you have a benchmark or something running.

GTA V, i shouldnt be getting less then 60fps, but i fixed with moving PCI slots but now im still getting drops in FPS, which it shouldnt so programs are using more of the memory then it is supposed to https://gyazo.com/5735855d3183212273fa150532865f5d

Ok I had this problem with GTA 5, what res are you running? I think there maybe a memory leak on it certain situations, at 4k I can get upto 24gb ram usage. What are other titles like? Maybe try lowering some settings in gta
