maybe try replacing the fan cooler with something more quiet. also some rubber lining could help. this would be well under $100.

If you want to spend a little more could replace your case and get a water cooler.

this is a good choice.

Use something like this

http://www.amazon.com/Sponge-Neoprene-With-Adhesive-Thick/dp/B001GAD5G4

On the inner parts of your case to dampen noise.

Make sure your fans have optimal air flow. The cooler they make your PC, the less the have to run.

Make sure your PC is cleaned regularly, especially video card.

Get anivibration mounts and put them everywhere you can

if you give us a complete spec sheet of your computer (and eventual 'hotspots' of noise) we'll be able to help you much better than just "stick this to your case".

I have some vibration noise too. How do i find the source of the problem? its not the fans. I love to make it silent somehow.

Make sure all the screws are tightened equally. Harddrives also have moving parts and get quite loud.

Look up antivibration mounts on Newegg, it's a rubber screw replacement.

You mean rubber rivets? i use that on 3 of my fans the rest can only use screws.

For 200$ I'd go with a Phanteks P400S case ( the S series is sound dampened), paired with the proper Fractal Designs Venturi fans, and it should be wicked quiet at that point. Noctua makes great fans as well, I'm just super happy with the Fractal Design's fans that I'm running.

Hello. Thanks for all the quick replies
The things you need to know about my PC

Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
One SSD (64Gb)
One SSHD (1Tb)
A cheap PSU (Yes, some of the noise is from it, and i will upgrade soon, but not all of the noise are form there)
Fans: Three included fans and one Fractal Design Silent Series R3

I will maybe try the adhesive foam. It should not be the cooler i think
