So I have owned logitech gear for a long time and I have gone through about 3 Logitech G710+ but I always go out and but another one because they are nice and feel great. I love all the macro keys and I also love the volume control wheel. I had a problem with the last one though and iit has been about 3 weeks now of being downgraded to my old keyboard while Logitech takes their sweet time to ship me a new one. It had been about a week  and a half before they confirmed that the keyboard was within the warranty police, a mer one year policy. Then it would be about another five days before the shipping lable was ready for me to take to UPS and have it sent in. They made me pay for a box and along with any extra packing stuff needed for it, the box was about $30.00.Then they have the gual to ship it with the standard shipping, which here in the US is about 5 business days. The package is set to arrive to them today and hopefully in a week I will have my keyboard. My conclusion is that this will be the last thing I ever buy from Logitech.

I did. I bought it from besst buy but they told me I had to go through Logitech support
